Return Policy
  • All light strings are tested before they are shipped
  • Our lights are guaranteed for 90 Days
  • If you are returning lights/products due to damage or any other reason, they must be returned within 14 days to be issued a refund. After 14 days we will do exchanges only if item is in stock otherwise a refund will be issued by check, paypal or on your credit card.
  • If you are returning the lights or any other items because you clicked on the wrong color or you changed your mind after receiving them, there is a 15% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for any shipping charges.
